Cowboy
To showcase the Fort Worth Stockyards, a cowboy is the main focus as he's wearing all black to contrast with the warm tones of the lights of the area. The orange, black, and blue sky create a playful and exciting theme with each photo.
Seeing Double
These twins look similar but when you look closer, you see their differences. To get a yin-yang feel, the image is shown in a monochromatic black-and-white coloring. The image looks matte until you look into the eyes of the models, and see the different emotion that each of them portray through the camera.
Pink Pills
To showcase the idolization of drug usage in television shows, Pink Pills highlights the glamorized haziness as a euphoric effect. Circular objects are repeated throughout the image including the light spots, the pill bottle, and the bottle lid. The pills are scattered across the space to show the messiness of drug usage. The gradient used on the image further demonstrates the overall fuzziness.

For a still-life image, the background is completely blurred out to focus the attention of the viewer to look at the movement of the flame. Seeing the different layers of the flame and the actual matchstick being burned down gives context to how long the match had been burning.
